Now That's What I Call Customer Service!

That was really nice of the man. Good for him for being such a great person and treating customers good. Customer service has really went down the drain for the most part, there are so many places where customer service is such a joke. People don't treat people with respect anymore. Now don't get me wrong, I am not saying that everyone is this way or that all businesses are this way, but there are many many businesses that do not have proper ethic policies in place for customer service. I do go to a few select places where the customer service is great, for example here in the small town I live in, at our local subway restuarant we are treated great. The manager in charge of the place really has her employees in line and they do a great job there, everyone is friendly and polite. The place is always clean and orderly.

I'm so pleased for you, that you were able to get this television on sale, and that the salesman was kind enough to do this for you. I can't imagine carrying even a small t.v. anywhere, let alone to my home, even if nearby. It's great when something good happens unexpectedly, as you don't see this type of thing (hardly ever) anymore.

I do remember one time a few years back, I was with my sister, and we were purchasing a t.v. for me. We were going to try to get it to the car ourselves, but the salesman called someone from the stock department, and they put it in the van for us. It really was a big help, but nothing compared to the kindness you received.

It is lovely to see and hear of such humaness in todays world.

I can say when I was working, I would indeed go out of my way for people.

And likewise, do I appreciate any kindness in the world of business and elsewhere.

Umm what have you got that the rest of us dont have.
I have never had customer service like that.
That was really excellent service.

I really like customer service down here in the new town
not only do the people at the grocery store bag your groceries but they take them out and load them into your vehicle for you too

Yes on both scores. It is rare, though, these days so when someone does that sort of thing, they really stand out! Makes a aperson happy all over and the glow lasts for days.

That used to be the type of service that you could expect every where that you went. I thought that type of service went out the window when self-service gas stations started popping up everywhere. I guess that the best service I have received would be at a local steakhouse. The waitress was wonderful, and upon finding out it was our first visit, she called the manager out to welcome us and provide us with a free entrée. We made sure our tip reflected our appreciation for the wonderful service.

Not that we come across such ppl often. These are the same people who go beyond their job description to help people anywhere. These are the same people who would call the ambulance, arrange for the hospital bed and then inform your home by getting through your number by digging through your purse and then call the next fw days to enquire about your health.

Yes, that is great to know, we feel very happy when we can get good customer service, I hope even if Ican experience once, that guy is really great.
