Have you noticed how all these companies want to sell their computer products but when you have a problem installing it, or it causes a problem with your computer and you phone the helpline number, that is, if there is a helpline number that actually exists, you are kept on hold with a tune playing and there is no one at the end of the phone, you are just hanging on and on forever. Yet they are quick enough to want to advertise and sell their software with little or no help available.
