my husband made the mistake of telling me I needed to calm down this morning  

Hello Mooch, are you calm now.Who know you better than your husband and your children. Yes there are days when it is as miserable as an old witch. But since the other day I am starting to take things on a calmer level. You know blood pressure is going about now at a high level and I don't see my funeral money as yet. Anyway you will have good days and bad. Just come in mylot and download those pictures so I can get a glimpse of them.

I tend to have days like that yes, and because it started out so bad it just gets worse, although lately I've been telling myself that it SHOULD be a good day, and to watch my own steps. That makes it a lot easier for me to get through the day, and try to make the best of it. Calm cool breaths are the way to go. Although my son who isn't even a year can get on my nerves pretty well.

Hi mooch yes yesterday was that one for me. I has a doctors
appointment at ten so got up early took a cab there. my shingles'were hurting like mad underneath my bra and panties.
I got a new prescription and had it filled then pushed a
grocery cart over to my favorite restaurant. I was starving
but the order they brought would have bed three people so only ate half of it. I was feeling really ill and kept thinking I
was forgetting something, but I had the waitess call me a cab'
and went home.oh my I forgot to buy stamps. it was one hunrde
outside and ninety inside put on the fan. mylotted til supper
time then ate my left over lunch. feeling really crummy and when my son got home he snapped at me and I snapped back. and then
I felt extra ill. so it was not my best day by a long shot.

Yes these kind of days do happen and there is nothing you can do about it other than letting time goes by. It is juz a string of bad events that you need to juz ignore because sh!t happens and in order for less sh!t to happen we juzt need to let the sh!t things pass by.

Isn't that just awful? I noticed that every time most mothers get some time off, they come home to a much bigger mess! Stay cool, tell them you will spend their allowance on a housekeeper if they do not help you, and get as many breaks as you can!

Wow! All that walking. You sure your foot was up to so much walking today, Mooch? I'm already tired but now you really wore me out just by reading all you did when you left home to get away from your kids for a while.

There have been times that I was at wits end and ready to explode myself. Anger management classes really helped me figure out exactly when my breaking point is and to get away right before it hits.

Oh yes. Almost every day of the week. I try to stay on top of things and get things done and make sure we have money and the bills are paid. there is a time for play after making sure that all of the serious things are taken care of. My husband and my daughter have playful minds all of the time and it stresses me out when it is time to be serious. they tell me to calm down also but they do not have of this stuff hanging on their shoulders every day.

i am so sorry to hear that you are having such a bad day with your kids mooch... i'm glad that you have some time to escape from them and have a quiet time for yourself... you really need it... your son really got into your nerve and i think he is being very disrespectful by laughing at you and hiding your camera battery... i hope your day will get better... take care and have a nice day...

YES YES and OH YEAH!!! My husband last night. I payed him a compliment, one that I thought was sweet, and the man just flipped out!! He said "What's that supposed to mean?" And forget because everything I said after that just made it worse. Since he is a few thousand miles away right now I just hung up the phone. I figured there is NOTHING you can do to reason with a mad man except just walk away or hang up. Otherwise I would've just been stooping to his level. But I am still SO ANGRY. As soon as we started talking I had mentioned I had a bad migraine. Well, I got NO sympathy. He STILL won't apologize. I guess his macho ego thinks I am going to. And for what I ask? I admit when I am wrong but I am tired of CONSTANTLY apologizing to him for things HE starts. So believe me sister, I can TOTALLY RELATE!!

wow that sounds like a really hectic day. I have had those same kind of days where it just feels like no one cares how you feel and everything that can go wrong does. The kids fighting and bickering, the husband saying something that just makes you even madder, It almost feels like a rage is consuming me. I hate when I have those days but getting out and about by myself does make me feel better. I go home sometimes to the same mess but usually hubby has tried to make things better for me. I hope your day gets better and you get to enjoy the rest of your weekend.
