Don't you notice that bank robbing seems to be very popular in today's society?

here in Australia it seems to be the little convenience stores that are getting robbed, the poor hardworking people who work long hours so their shops are sometimes targeted because they can the best hours tp swoop.

Well here in NC it is just as bad but it seems like here poeles homes are being broken into and they are killing them beating for just a few dollars or no money at all,i am having a hard but like you i am not stealing from people.

There are no less hardship and struggle for survival in this part of the globe. But nobody here endorses bank robbery. They might be in deep financial crunch. But that does not become an excuse for conducting illegal actions. Incidentally, I would like to recall the trauma that arises out after witnessing such an event. My Mom faced a gang of robbers during a railway journey. Her trauma continued for more than a near and we were forced to consult therapist. It is a terrific experience to witness. Anyway, bank robbing seems to be a daily affair here as well. And your views in this regard seems to be quite unusual but I appreciate your kind heart. I also feel for their sorrows but at the same time I have deep regards for laws prevailing here.

There's been a resurgence in bank robberies lately, I've noticed. We had years when it wasn't very common and all of a sudden it is! People are desperate nowadays but mostly it's drug addicts, I think.

It's really stupid, they must be drugged up or something because banks usually put at least one bundle of bills that are marked with dye in what they give the robber.

I do not agree with robbing people nor do I think it is right. But I have not had any reason to rob a bank or be in a situation where necessity drove me to do bad things. I have friends and family that help each other out during the hardest times and God has always provided me with what I need to survive. I think some do it out of meanness and greed others may do it to provide for their families. I know I would do what ever I had to do to provide food and shelter for my children. I would try legal ways first like extra jobs and state aid. Some people get so desperate that they lose the sense of right and wrong.

The robbers know that the money in the bank is FDIC, so unless they kill somebody they'll probably get away with it. I think its also a rush for the robbers, until they get caught.

Hi there, it is very common also in our Country and mostly they are a big group,people wants a short cut in life, they want to earn more money without working hard...Sad event but I do know why it's hard to caught them! Very disappointing!

I am worried of thoes people who are not affraid to do so. if they have any finacial crises . why dont they work. Working is easy than robbing a bank. and no work is low. if a servant work for a living. i respect the servant, because he is working for his living not cheating or hurting anyone. Not trying any shortcuts.

cream, yes bank robbery is really going up, as a matter of fact all kinds of robbery is up and with the economy the way it is it will only continue to get worse,there are so many homeless people out there that see no way of making it from day to day. But robbing any one is not the answer.

some see it as a quick fix to getting money instead of working on a job.
