 Like most of you mylotters, I'm one who wants to earn extra money online. I've signed up with some PTC and PTP sites but I'm having a hard time signing up for free survey sites because most of the offers are for US and Canada residents only. I'm from the Philippines. Many a good survey opportunities have passed because of this fact. So now I'm considering using my parents address in the US when I sign up for these survey sites. Problem is, both my Paypal and Alertpay accounts have my Philippine address. Oh well. Do you think using my parents' address is tantamount to cheating? Please my dear friends, I want your honest opinions. Thanks.

Because even you already used the address of your parents in United States, the PTC or PTP that you joined already trace your IP address. So they know were you really came from. And even you Paypal and Alerpay, it can be trace.It's hard to join with survey program, because some of the offers are not really available in our country. Though the payout is higher than the PTC, I prefer PTC. Try SharedReviews, It's great! But I's still consider mylot is the best site I ever joined before. Keep it up and good luck!

agree with mia. ptc sites will trace your ip address and find out that it came form the philippines. i think you should just stick with survey sites that accept international members. otherwise, do away with survey sites and sign-up for additional paid to post or paid to click sites.
just my opinion though.

4. venksmoney (46)  | 4 months ago |  This I think should be found in the tos. Some sites specifically mention that the computer reside in US. Many sites track your ip address to figure out where you are from. If you are outside US, they most probably will call you a cheater.

I am told that it is very hard to make money online if you dont live in the united states, I wouldnt know since I do live here. I think you should do what you think is right, and dont let anyone stop you from doing whatever you want to do! Have a great day.
