Which is better for you to cook rice? |
|
Is it better to use rice cooker than gas stove? Right now my rice cooker have a problem, it need to cook the rice for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, so in the morning I preferred to use gas stove instead and it is very fast, however, I need to make sure that I stay awake so that I can see when it is done already, else, it will in trouble. My wife is complaining since the price of gas is very high and according to her, rice cooker is much cheaper using electricity. I said, O, Mom, you need to buy a new rice cooker then. So which is best for you based on your experience? pertaining to speed, quality, and costs.

8. ferdzNK (2326) | 1 year ago | I cook rice using the rice cooker's pot in my stove. I find this much quicker to cook rise than using the electric rice cooker or the regular rice pot. I'm done with it in half an hour or less. No electric and less gas.

9. ucancallmedissy (2484) | 1 year ago | I always use rice cooker to cook rice since I know how to cook them. It's fast and easy, you don't have to watch it cook, just put the rice, add water and click, wait about half an hour and it's done! I don't know about the cost though, never really count. I never try to cook rice using anything else really.
