Thanks Vladilyich I didn't know that. I have just always toasted them on the same setting as a slice of bread. Now it makes me wonder if my children actually like the toaster stuff that I serve them since I don't like toast, bagels, or English muffins.

A really old one!

It has settings from one to seven, one doing nothing and seven setting the smoke alarm off

Also, it doesn't stay down on its own for the bread to toast so we have to jam the lever thing with a chopstick and just guess when it's ready!

Well, it doesn't take long for charcoal to be the result of anything in my toaster!

If you toast frozen bread it just defrosts it first then toasts it

It's getting really hard to type here cos I've got my laptop on my knee and Dave le Cat's grabbing my hands and sitting on my arms. I can't see the keyboard!

I have the same issue..my cat will curl up on my lap and arm immobilising the arm I'm using for the Mouse..(Figures!) I'm nearly tempted to lay the keyboard on him so I can type with the other arm...but I dont...
