should your referrer be active here? |
|
I just checked the person who I signed under and the person has 2 posts to his credit and I know when I first signed up they had more because I specifically remember them starting a discussion about the disappearance of the Madeline McCainn, and all of the persons discussions have been deleted, and they have a post count of 2, showing nothing started and nothing responded to. Should a person who refers people be required to post a minimum a month do you think, And what would happen if the person who referred us suddenly did something to get themselves banned, would that effect their referrals in any way I wonder? Mooch

3. zandi458 (1526) | 3 months ago | I had two referrals under my name but they didn't do any work. So it is better to have no referral at all if they don't work.

4. sutanhartanto (2148) | 3 months ago | i think their situations won't affects their referrals. i guess the only relation between referral and referrer is the earning, the "25%", not the membership in mylot. we responsible to our own account, not others' account.

5. BCMike (1677) | 3 months ago | I don't think their absence make any difference to you. However, I finally got a referral that may actually do something. She likes to write. She has poetry that she would like to share. I'm ecited to have a refferal and excited for her that she may finally have someplace to publish her stuff that she can share with others too!

7. Ldyjarhead (4061) | 3 months ago | That's a good point as to what would happen to us if we suddenly didn't have a sponsor. I'm betting it does not roll up to the next person. As for should they be required to be active, I think that's a good idea. In fact, I think myLot should do like a lot of other places and delete accounts of those that haven't been active for a period of time, say 90 days or something. Sure, people get busy and don't come around as much, but three months is sufficient time to pop in at least once in a while and at least see what your earnings are if nothing else. I understand how building a downline can be a business, but I don't see myLot that way and I don't think they should allow it without the sponsor being active too. This is not an MLM - myLot is built on discussions.

| Juduka (93) | 3 months ago | The money inactive referrers are making is out of the pockets of those who are active. Mylot is about discussions. I don't think a person should be erased just because he hasn't done much. I'm saying because time to time I just don't have time to be online. I'm on one poetry site, where I didn't log in for half a year, but lately as more time has come around, I'm there again almost daily.

8. danishcanadian (13947) | 3 months ago | I don't kow if it would be right to require a minimum, but you did bring up a fantastic point about people perhaps referring others to make moey, so they themselves do not have to be ative. That's not right. I would loe it if my reerals are as actie as I am, and een if they were, I would still post as much as I do.

9. blackbriar (4945) | 3 months ago | You know what, Mooch..I don't recall who I signed up under at all. Only that they posted their referral link over in yahoo answers and that's how I found mylot. I'm wondering if there is a way to find out who you signed up under.
