why men likes long hair women?

They used to have those foolishness out here in Jamaica were the men goes after the females with long hair and good looks. But one day a deejay did a song about the ones with those commodities and explain in the song that they are all dunce and only living after their good looks and long hair that song was a instant hit and men started to think twice. I don't know why they always see it as a problem when female cut their hair. Sometimes one hair can make them look so old and there are times when you simple want to look different for a change. I guess when you sit down and reason with him instant of just telling him at the spare of the moment that is when they are upset and then they want it to seems as if cutting your hair is the problem.

Well I think one should like me for my personality and not for the length of my hair.

I have long blonde hair and I've been told guys like me because of that
And when I've suggested getting it cut for practicality only my female friends agree
However, my closer family members tell me "not to cut of my most beautiful feature"

I'm not saying that long haired girls are more pretty, but if you have nicely looked after, glossy long hair, why let go an attraction like that?
I think in men's eyes it's like a girl saying she wants her assets removed, and of course, with short hair they don't understand the trouble maintaining it.

My whole life I had long hair and wanted a change, so cut it so short . For awhile I loved my short hair and then missed my long, so I grew it back . I know that back in high school all the girls seemed to always give me advice to cut it, and all my male friends seemed to like it . My family would always get so mad at me when I would say I wanna cut it . They would always tell me I have the best long hair.
Right now my hair is down to my bum just about, and I want a trim so bad, because the ends are dead . I am just so scared they wil cut it so much more . I once went in for a 2in trim and they cut off nearly 5in off . I should invest and go to a better shop, but right now I just don't have the money to waste .
Most people I know think well kept long haair is just lovely and gets the men looking . It just is sexy and gets noticed

Men love long hair, but women want something that looks good and can be taken care of easily.. I think that men think long hair is sexy or something like that.. I am not sure, but I do love my short haircut..

so for as my opinion is concern i like only good nature girl. Long hair is an external thing. just like packaging. i know so many girls who cut their hair and she looks cute. long hair takes more care then short hair so its difficult to keep it..

As a male I do like long hairs, may be most of Indians do like that. In our place most of women has long hairs. That is also a traditional one in our place that is southern part of India. May be most of men do have short haris than women may be not. Anyhow personally I feel women gets much of feminity with long hairs if that suits them. Majority of men may like women with long hairs in our place. But I had seen most of western women do have short hair than the asian women. May be the tradition and society too matter here.

for me i don't choose women from their look, i prefer choosing them from their honesty. thats is the way if you want to feel the true meaning of love

I think it's kind of funny that guys seem to have a general like of longer hair on women. I don't know if it's that they associate long hair with femininity or what, but I think a lot of the pixie cuts look more feminine than some longer 'dos.
I was tempted to buzz my long hair down to the skin this summer, but my mom said that I had a lumpy head and that it'd look awful.
