What makes me quit a job is lack of compensation and fulfillment.

Because co-workers are depressing and bitchy and the pay is low and the days are long and your weekends are not even really weekends they are just two strange days off in the middle of the week when everyone else has to work. I don't know anyone who wants Tuesday and Wednesday off over having stable permanent Saturday's and Sunday's off.

I think as a job is it the money.Whats your thinking?

there were many raesons taht i quit my last job. main the team lead was so bad I was not able to tolerate that crook. then it was low salary job. later it was taht i wanted to come back to hometown.

..for me, its the working atmosphere/environment that really matters... i can't work effectively in an area where i can't grow professionally.. no matter how i love my job if my atmosphere doesn't allow me to broaden my horizon, then there's no use of staying in that job.. because what i really want as a reward is when after the day, i could say to myself that I have accomplished something and that i am satisfied.. money and the other things will just be secondary considerations for me to quit my job..

I would quit a job if I wasn't making enough there to live on. Or if I was being worked more hours than I wanted to. I think I could stick through the other two if I was fine with the pay and the hours. Unless things really started to get to me I would not let them bother me.

Well, I quit job because of residence transfer. I have a good job when I was yet in my former place. Now that I am here now, I am having a hard time looking for a job. I hope I can find one soon. It is hard to always stay home when just little earnings.

The main reason I have ever quit any job was satifaction. It is also the number one reason statistically.

The last job I quit though was two fold: the boss was the devil in human form and I could not have a life. I am so happy with my current job! The money is not great but I have freedom to set my hours and I love working with my district manager.
