My star's gone up to 9! Woop!!!:D

Keep posting and I don't see any reason why you shouldn't have a 9 soon! I've only been on here for two weeks!

I'm on myLot whenever I'm on the internet, which is pretty much all the time!

I'll try to keep track of it one day when I remember and I'll get back to you...

I know that the most I've made in a day is about 70 cents and I think the least is about 2 cents or something:s

That's not exactly how it works. The more active you are, the more opportunities you have to be rated and those ratings make up your star. But being more active won't necessarily affect your star more than not being as active. Look at it this way...if you make 100 posts and get 90 +'s and 10 -'s, it's the same as making 10 posts with 9 +'s and 1 -.

Also it doesn't necessarily mean you get paid more if you have a higher star. Mylot pays based on the quality of your posts. Generally a person with a high star is posting high quality posts and will make more than the average user with a 2 star. HOWEVER, there are people here making very high quality posts and earning an appropriate amount for them but who have a low star either by choice or by trolls. The star system is a little faulty so that kind of thing does happen. Also if a person didn't know wenough to post quality when they first started, they'd most likely receive a low star but should they realize their mistake and start posting quality, their earnings would reflect that regardless of the star number. The same would happen if a high star user started making low quality posts. They would receive low pay despite their high star number.

Mine is 87/100. Is that good? I've been on here for two weeks and have noticed a few people with more posts than me who have lower numbers.

The number of posts you've made doesn't really matter to your star reputation. Users with fewer than you could have higher or lower stars, same with users with more posts. The star is totally dependant on the quality of your posts and how others are rating you. A 9 star with 87/100 is good...think of it like getting an 87% on a test. You have room for improvement but it's perfectly acceptable! Good Job!
