Who gave Osama Bin Laden the Power and Weaponary?

Everyone involved in anyway should be held accountable.

Only the people who have been giving him stuff recently. The CIA originally trained him and gave him weapons to be their puppet and help to control the middle east. Either it backfired and he cut the puppet strings or he is still under their control and they are seriously screwing this country over. Its hard to tell. I hope that he is working on his own so that this country can't be to blame for his behavior.
