Sometimes I do after eating too much. HOw I wish that I can eat what I like without gaining weight.
I want to eat sweets but I minimize it because I am worried to gain weight.
How do you cope up with this..

Wow, i really wish i had an answer for this, but the fact is, no matter how much i eat, how many times a day, even continuosly, let it be sweets or pizza, cheese, whatever, i dont put on weight! yeah i guess my body mechanism is such. i guess you can eat healthy and tasty, how about zero calorie sweets? and just c to it you have very less calorie intake food.

Life is about balance. Eating too much of anything is not good for you. And you have to decide what's important. If you're going to eat sweets, you need to cut back on something else, or you need to make an effort to exercise longer. Is that cinnamon roll with heavy frosting really worth a 45 minute jog? If I eat this muffin now, then I can't have that lasagna later. It's about picking and choosing what you want and making the sacrifices necessary to have it. So if you eat too much, you need to figure out what to do to make up for it. You can either go for a long walk to burn the calories, or you can cut back on your food consumption the rest of the day. OR, you can limit the sweets you do eat and keep them as very occasional special treats, and you likely won't gain much.
