bRates, fees, and terms may change: We reserve the right to change the account terms (including the APRs) at any time for any reason, in addition to APR increases that may occur for failure to comply with the terms of your account. I may not be the best person to help you, but Chase is pretty good in the fact, that they don't give you more money than you can manage. I don't know if they give everybody $200-$300 limit, but two people I know had that much.

I don't know about% rates and all that, but "if you pay the total balance each month" your finance charges will be zero.

Warning-Do NOT get a credit card unless you are able to pay your monthly Bill in full.
19.9% APR means over a Year, they will Charge You 1/5 of any monthly Balance You carry forward from one statement to the next, and the 24.9% APR (A QUARTER of the amount is added on as interest!) on a cash withdrawal is calculated from the day you get it using that card, not like the average 1 month they'll allow You if you start with a clear balance..
Also, Do NOT take out payment protection insurance offered,or if you have it,cancel it..If something happens to You,it takes months to qualify to receive the insurance money,by which
time,you're likely back at work!
A credit card will help you get a credit rating, but that's about all it's good for, unless you're Rich!

Okay, here are a couple things I pulled out of the above. You're going to have fees tacked on, as it states you may not get their elite card, and even with the 0.00% APR stated, take a look at this.

default APR up at 23.99% - yikes

MINIMUM finance charge -
$15.00 on balances up to, but not including, $100.00; $29.00 on balances of $100.00 up to, but not including, $250.00; and $39.00 on balances of $250.00 and over

It says MINIMUM that means they can charge you that.

If you're looking to establish credit and want to pay for it, these cards will work for tht. If you're looking for money to charge, you won't have as much as you think and your minimum payment will not be $10.00 most likely.
