I started working out at 24 hour fitness in March. My begining weight was 192 pounds and 40.2 percent body fat. Tonight I weighed in at 185 and 134.3% body fat. In the past all I have done is weighed myself and it seemed like the weight never drops very fast. I just lost three of the 7 pounds, but the body fat seemed like it dropped really fast and has been a big motivator. Does anyone else keep up with their body fat percentage?
134.3%.....?????? u mena 34.3% .. it is a great improvemnt ...keep up the good work and hittin the gym..
