Hi, i liked Prince Caspian, specially the scene where Peter spars with the other person. I liked that part the best. I think it's not really a childish movie anymore, well that's my opinion since when I watched it, I really didn't feel like it was a movie for children. More like a more mature audience, which come to think of would maybe true since the books were written a generation or so ago.

I think they got lots of criticism on the first one that it's too childish.. this is why they planned on changing it!

My daughter(8) loved the movie and her girlfriend too. I suppose it depends of the age your are if you love the movie or not. Her favorit is Aslan the lion. If you didn't like the first one, you don't like the second one because it's filmed in the same way as the first one.

Unfortunately, I was not able to watch the first one but I enjoyed the Prince Caspian. It's not really just a movie for kids, I think adults can learn from it well. The effects, the storyline, the actors are all good. I was definitely entertained.

Whenever Disney takes on a project, it gets the "Disney touch." While I like Disney, I do recognize that they have a tendency to move away from the substance contained within a story such as the works of C.S. Lewis or Douglas Adams; the end result is a family-friendly flick that troubles very few.

great response! thank you! and whatever you said about the disney touch was completely true! the family touch.. values and stuff like that.. but what i like in a fantasy movie is the fights.. the magic.. the control of powers... not the values :P
