During interview session, is it better for a long hair(above waist) lady to tie up her hair or should she let go. Does it make a difference? Which is better?

I had a client that got her hair caught in the chair during an interview. I am not saying that it will happen to you, but....you never know.

I think as long as it's clean and well groomed, it shouldn't matter - but if it's tied back, the interviewer will be able to see your face more clearly and won't be distracted. If you are likely to fiddle with it or toss it around, I'd definitely tie it back. It also depends on the type of job you are going for. For instance, in the food industry, having hair flapping around would be unhygienic, so it would look better tied up. To be safe, I think tied up is best.

Yes. I agree with you. In fact, many of my friends advise me to tie up my hair. It doesnt look 'messy' and will look more professional and tidy.

If it does look good in you and you are comportable with it. Then just let your hair down. During interviews i always let my hair down. I find it comporting. I don't want to be destructed. Like i have to touch my scalf because the pony tail is tight. If the aircondition system is pointing at my back. Too much cold on my neck would make me nervous and edgy. Those are the feelings that make my confident crambles.

That's some extra points I should consider! Yes you are right, if the aircondition is too cold...I get chills on my neck. :)
