Help me! Where to see users by rating, by referrals, my location in new layout.

I was looking for that after mylot have a face lift. I was going to send a friend a referral link and I noticed that it was gone. I also read someone's post on mylot population and its gone too. It's ok to have a brand new look but they should not take away some useful services here.

I hope somebody can lead us to where they are.

Many people miss this, and for some reason mylot took them from us, maybe they will bring the links back maybe they won't but I have heard that many miss them, many people watched themselves and their friends climb the mylot ladder I enjoyed watching my friends climb, I found it easier to find people sometims searching top user pages than wading through friends lists pages, 45 on a page is a bit easier than 15 on a page...

So yes they are gone,

Hi Subha, I have not been able to find the user ranking list either.
It took me ages to work out how to start a new discussion.
I read somewhere in a discussion to send a referral to someone,
You do it from your email notification.
No one was able to find the link for referrals other then the emails.

I was wondering about that myself... i wanted to see what page i am in the top user by rating... but i can't seem to find it... it used to be located jut below the mylot population number... but now it is not there... i wonder what happened to it... i hope mylot will bring it back... it can be a good motivation for members to post more...
