beachwear at airport?

In a recent news I have noted that some models showcasing the trendy bathing and beachwear fashion at the Duesseldorf airport, Germany. I am sure it would have caused embrassment to people at the airport. What is the need for those models to come to airport with beachwear? Is it for any sales propoganda for the clothes?

If their going to prance around the airport in bikini's then they might aswell just strip off to their underwear. There is no beach at the airport so what is the need to be wearing next to nothing in a public place! Their only going to attract attention from onlookers. No doubt its just to be snapped and put in the latest glossy magazine.

hmmm...very intresting how come i missed this ...tell me would you mind seeing some hot models in swimwear anyplace...i can only say they must have made airport a livelier and vibrant place for sometime...heehe..it has to be a sales propoganda

Well it sorta depends on how tasteful the beachwear is. It kinda makes sense because a lot of people travel to hot beach destinations. Therefore they would be marketing to their target audience. Its actually a really good marketing stradegy.... then to to sell the items on the plane.

I don't think I would be uncomfortable as long as they were adequeately covered up.
