Best place to live?  | |  I lived in Denver for about a year, and let me tell you- one year was enough to confirm that Denver is one of the best places to live in America.
All my opinion, of course. But Denver is so fascinatingly welcoming and comfortable with its snow-capped mountains and friendly people.
The weather there is really nice... for winter lovers. The mountains are a sight to see, and downtown at night is wonderful.
What do you guys think? Is Texas, by sterotype, bigger and better?

I currently live in Texas myself. I have never been a fan of living in Texas, but fate just seems to hold me here and bring me back. It wouldn't be so bad if you didnt have to drive two days to get somewhere.

But it does not have the 4 seasons like Denver, it has 2 as far as I can tell, Hot and really HOT. I do not like the heat. I will take Denver and snow covered mountains over flat roads and heat anytime.

| | | 4. maximax8 (10580) | 1 year ago |  If I was to move to the USA I wouldn't chose to live in Denver because it is far from the ocean. I like to live near the sea. However it does sound like a really lovely city. I imagine that the mountain look so pretty in winter so it is the place for people that appreciate cold weather. Maybe Dallas would be great for someone that prefers hot weather. I might decide on living in San Diego for it has great beaches and a sunny climate. Florida might be a stunning area to live in. I am glad that you live in a great place like Denver and are happy there.
