Seller Can't Leave Negative Feedback, Joy Bidders Increase!Ticked! Any tips?

I'm sure you eBayers are aware of the new rating system - sellers not allowed to leave negative feedback - WHAT THE HECK
I know this is not new, but especially you guys who are sellers, any tips? My listings used to have & still have "Payment not received within 3 days will result in a negative feedback" but the problem now is we can't do that & joy bidders & shill bidding have increased especially from where we come from - Malaysia!~ Majority NEVER read the listings then ask stupid questions. Some even have the audicity to say, it's ok, why so rush, I'll settle payment within this month when it's not even mid of month yetWhat's the use of the Unpaid Item Dispute console when I've reported a guy who bid on 4 items in a row & not wanting to pay due to postage regarding "outskirt" area...long story...So you guys who are sellers, any tips? Really need help here

That's definitely bad. Leaving a negative feedback to such buyers/sellers is the only last resort to settle a irritating dispute with a buyer/seller who wouldn't even try to comprehend, let alone read what they have to read. It would also serve as a warning for other buyers, sellers on dealing with that individual with such negative feedbacks.
If I can't do online transactions, I might as well do C.O.Ds after a promising buyer has guaranteed me that he or she will buy my item. Of course, it'll be a long haul of inquiries, perhaps even ask things that can already be answered with the information posted along the item but, it'll save me from uncertain buyers who want what they want and not necessarily business deal.
Hmmm, I seem to have not provided any help at all.. ebay should re-evaluate the changes that they made better. Can we contact them about it?

Well, I think there have been loads of complaints sent to them already but I think I'm going do my part as well on adding another one to the complaints. Just this morning this buyer who used to buy from me is cancelling the deal off just because he want s the item to be sent today, Saturday. I told him I'll send on Monday as I wrote so clearly on the listing page that we use our own courier. Just because they have a high rating that doesn't mean that can be unreasonable. They become bolder as now it seems that we can't leave them any negative feedback to affect their rating. Such nonsense. Anyway even in the listing it states that payment should be made within 3 days but it's been way beyond 3 days. Late payment but want items to be sent immediately. Such rubbish

That's right, go and send them another complaint that would surely have to straighten their so called 'new' changes on ebay.
It would be nice if they, your buyers, would understand that your doing standard operating procedures on dealing with your items to them. Its either they go with the dealer's terms or just find another dealer who would tolerate their unreasonable demands 
If I can send those items I sold at ebay, I'd probably stress my own terms and conditions.
