Why do people leave empty tp rolls on the dispenser??

LOL! The biggest culprits are always my kids. I don't know why because I TELL THEM EVERY week at least 3 times! Their bathroom is also my guest bath, I only have two of them. I wish so badly I had a half bath or a powder room for guests because that's what bugs me, they leave the empty roll and then I have company and then I feel ridiculous!

Oh man, I know your pain. I have found oh so many empty rolls on the floor, behind the toilet, next to it, out in the hallway, anywhere but in the trash can which is IN the bathroom next to the container which holds extra rolls. I have a little shelf in there too and guess what? Extra rolls on there as well. In my master I have a little round frame metal holder for tp rolls because I don't have any room for a shelf and I try to keep it stocked so I don't have to try to get my daughter to rummage in the spare room for a roll. The last time I did that I couldn't get her to come out of there and bring me toilet paper!

Let's have a drink to this! My hubby is better than my son but I still see an empty roll in the master bath more often than I should.

Where would they be without mom? deciding which hand to use? LOL!

Ah, I bet you buy the toilet paper too! I have wondered before if I didn't buy any if other people in the house would do anything about it or not. With my luck probably not, they'd just get all over me because I 'forgot' and it would be pointless.

Your job?! Oh boy, that'd be a nice bathroom cleaning duty for him! LOL!

now mind you he is 38 but i made him clean it it his bath room at the he stayed with us for a while.

I'm not even 38! If I go visit somebody I certainly clean up after myself if I stay in their home, sheesh lol.

Somebody has got to come up with an idea that works for reminding people. Maybe rig up a big fat boxer glove and when the roll is empty it can fall down from the ceiling and bean the person sitting there in the head and shout 'new roll! don't forget!' LOL!

Well, see, maybe you're related to my husband. Except I know he doesn't have a brother. He is the only man I have ever known who has never left a toilet seat up. I must say I benefit greatly from this little courtesy as I have fallen IN the toilet enough times in the past because of OTHER guys who wouldn't know a toilet seat from.... a hole in the ground. Not only did I fall in a toilet before, in the dark no less, there was a dang CAT drinking out of the toilet bowl, so I sat on the cat as I was falling in, and pissed off wet cat is a terrible thing to encounter in the dark in the middle of the night when you have to pee and are expecting a NORMAL toilet.

Lol maybe I am. Ive tried leaving the seat up, since well I live alone, but I cant lol. I either automatically put it down or go back in there and put it down lol. I dont see why its so hard for guys to put down at all, of course being a guy I can see the other side of it too, whats so hard about checking and putting it down before you sit down, after all we have to lift it to piss lol. Oh goddess that would be a scarey thought sitting down on a toilet and there is a cat there drinking. Sure would love to know you better lol.

mommyboo Just imagining you setting on the poor cat and the resulting moves by both of you is just too funny. Seriously it is so frustrating to go to set down in the dark can be dangerous. And if you have to turn[ on the light it just wakes you up.

Some guys clearly forget they are not the only inhabitant on this planet, not to mention in their home. The cat situation was NOT good, I mean this was years ago and I still remember it as if it happened yesterday. It is odd enough being half asleep and wondering why your toilet seat is FURRY and MOVING! I was lucky the cat did not scratch my butt.

This was quality deserving of YOUTUBE lol! I don't recall whether I was dressed or not though so perhaps it would not be decent to show online...

Can I conjure her up to inhabit my home and replace all the toilet paper rolls when necessary?
