I am a HUGE Teddy Roosevelt fan, and I recently heard they are making a movie about him. And the actor they are discussing right now to play Teddy is Leonardo DiCaprio. I have very mixed feelings about this!! I know that Leonardo DiCaprio can do more than pretty boy, but I have a really hard time imagining him to be the greatest president the US has ever seen! Does anybody else have an opinion about this?
I agree. I read a book about T. Roosevelt. I can't see Leo portraying one of the best presidents this country has had. I'm trying to think of who might be better for the part but I'm drawing a blank right now.
It's a really tough call! I think I would be happier with a no-name actor, but then I might be annoyed if nobody goes to see the movie :-)
