This is why marriages fail is because one partner isn't willing to compromise or try to understand the other one. Marriage is hard work.
As for mother's being educated...I am now getting my degree. My children are grown, because when they were young, I spent my time devoted to them. That was my choice...no one else's. Some don't have the same thoughts and I respect that.
I think it has to be that individual woman's choice.
