How to make curd out of milk with out using chemicals...........

To make curd wihtout a little curd is quite impossible, but anyway, you can try adding some lime juice to the warm milk or i think you can also put a slit green chilli in it...i have never tried them myself, so try it and tell us how the outcome was... pls dont blame me if it does not turn out well
