This can save HALF of the gas in your tank!!!!  | |  I live in KY and the speed limits here on the interstates are now 70 mph. i think this way too fast for people to drive for an amount of time. but i also learned that for every 50 miles traveled at 70 mph, the same car can make the trip at 55 mph and use only half the gas it used going 70......WOW!!!!
I think congress should consider reducing all the speed limits to help on the gas crisis. What do you think? And do you have any tips on saving gas?

| | | | | | | | 1.  kebpete (6858) | 1 year ago |  You are right and i agree with the speed limit thing in fact yesterday we had to make a small trip to the VA hospital and while we were driving the speed limit 65 people were passing us like we were sitting still and one SUV just kept swapping lanes like a crazy person i was a nervous wreck,i was so glad to get home.We did use a lot of gas but my husband has a hard time driving my truck.
