do you care your health during pregnancy?

I've never really been a very health person as far as eating right, smoking tobacco, and drinking alcohol. I've never taken care of myself. Now that I'm four and a half months pregnant, my health is extremely important to me. It's kind of been a much needed wake up call. Quitting smoking has been the toughest, but I just have to keep thinking about the life that is growing inside of me. Drinking wasn't hard at all, and it's incredible how much better I feel each day. I plan to continue the lifestyle changes that I've made, so that I can be healthier and feel better.

I do concern about my pregnancy because it's related with my baby's live. I want the baby born in a perfect condition and health so I choose to care more about my healthy. I avoid to consume any drugs and alcohol, because it will endanger the baby's brain growth.

yes of course i do. when i had my 1st pregnancy before, i always consult my ob gyne for health advice on what should i eat or those that i dont have to eat. and the medicines thats good for my pregnancy as well.
