Wii Fit

My neice has one but I have only been on it two times. I am not sure you will loose a lot of weight with it unless you do it very frequently.
I have exercised frequently and lost weight but not due to WII fit, it's a very fun game though!

We have Wii Fit and started out using it on a regular basis. We'd like to get back into it, simply because it is so much fun. Anyway, we've noticed that our weight (both mine and my boyfriend's) fluctuate by as much as 10 lbs, even within a day. We've also noticed that the Wii Fit age is pretty much bogus, we put in information as some young, short and overweight with extremely poor balance and it gave that "person" a much lower wii age that it did any of us and we are all normal to underweight. I've found that the best measure of how you are doing is actually your own body. If you feel better, have more energy and are able to do more repetitions or hold a pose longer then you are on the right track. However if you notice that you are still having difficulty with the beginner settings, are still sore the next day, etc. then you probably need to adjust your routine. Another tip is you should do the body test at approximately the same time every day, in fact for better results I would recommend setting a scheduled time to do your workout as you will get a better picture of your actual progress.

I have just gotten one. Man, it was very hard to get too. Every place was sold out. You can't go on waiting lists because no one (company) is willing to dedicate the time and effort. The stores sell out within moments. Its a hit and miss. I have been using it for a week and lost 2 lbs. I think thats good, eh? It is fun and for someone like me who has been lazy with regards to working out its convient for me. It increases your levels as you progress. You need something to be fun in order to do it otherwise if it boring you'll lose interest. Hope you enjoy yours and I wish you all the best of luck!
