why do woman wear ear rings?

Also men wear earings this days so no need to be annoyed. Women and men are now equal in terms of wearing earings.

I personally think women wear earrings so men will be attracted by the colors or the glints of gold. This way the men will look at our faces and not other body parts. LOL

Actually, I think it was once a way to show the status or wealth of the women or the men who purchased the jewelry. The more jewelry, the richer you must be.

I wear ear rings beacuse i enjoy wearing them i do it for my self and not for any one else.It makes me feel good about my sself.

Hey there, I think woman like to put things on themselves to make them look pretty. Ear-rings is one of many accesories that a woman can wear. Therefore, I do not see why you should wonder why they wear them.:D

Women wear earrings to be more elegant. You need that so that you won't look very plain, esp. if you are wearing very simple clothes.

I like the look of earrings and i like having piercings.

It may have something to do with it reminds them that there is something between the the earings,

obviously for looking beautful . and women generally like ornaments and i dont think other than this any other reason may be for it..

earring and other jewelry are like body decoration. people like to adorn themselves with a style they most associate with for their image or look of how they would like to be perceived by others in society. it is about fashion, glamor and style. expressing one's individuality in this huge world that we live in and being able to stand out and say that is me...that is who i am...notice me for who i am, and not what i am not...
