Do you believe in ghosts and/or spirits? Have you had experiences with either?

..well, in my own opinion, "belief" has something to do with the existence of both.. I mean, if you believe there is a ghost or spirits, then there is.. But i believe in spirits.. I believe, ghosts and spirits are one of a kind.. I have had experiences with spirits too especially the good ones..

No. I do not believe in ghosts and spirits and what not. I think that they are just an illusion of some paranoid people who see things when they are stressed and tired and frustrated over life. They imagine to see people, in their ghostly forms of course. But the concept of ghosts and spirits is something that I have been yearning to study about for sometime. Neither have I had no experience in interacting with them, although I've heard a lot of people say that they have seen or heard about them and their noises in the dead of night. And to support them, they get some nice place like old mansions and castles to support their arguments. I would love to get in touch with one of those ghosts.

I do believe spirits exist. And, I guess I am not really sure what the difference in the two would be.
I have had experiences with spirit encounters. I wasn't disturbed by that though. It is something I have been experiencing since I was very young. It is a part of my life, a very normal thing.
My daughter and son both have had encounters with a particular spirit that resides in our home. I came in contact with her a few years back but, never really said anything until my daughter made mention of a little girl in her room. I just smiled and told her that she had been here for quite a while. She just shrugged, said, "Oh, ok. I just thought I would let you know." and, went on about her business.

I do believe in spirits. Only that the ones I've encountered aren't really...Nice, per say. Most people would consider that "demons" then. Or what people also like to call poltergeist. I lived in a house for about eight years. At first, things went okay. But then after three years, we just started to feel somewhat different. I only had one weird encounter. One day, I just felt like sleeping in the living room couch. A couple of min. passed and then all of a sudden I start hearing the kitchen door slamming. It sounded like if they were opening and closing it. But that's impossible, because first of all, there was nothing wrong with the door. So right when I was going to check what it was, it stopped. I didn't bother looking at the door if it was closed or open. (Of course not, I was freaked out!) But five min. later, it happened again. I just ignored it and fell asleep. But usually everyone who went inside that house would be uncomfortable. Especially in the basement! It was long and very dark. My dad slept in the last room one day, and said his sheets started floating on top of him. Nothing like that happened to me in that room, the light bulb only shut off on me. There have been much more encounters. My parents actually started hearing voices in their heads. We ended losing the house, and had to go bankrupt. What a coincidence? Yeah, afterward, everything settled in our family.
That house was hell, and I prefer to have lost it, than to have lived in it still.

just two weeks ago:
my husband is a deck hand. he had a group of people who wanted to do a "scattering of the ashes". before they got on board they asked if there was a certain way to do it. he told them it wasnt his call. so about 30 minutes from shore my husband hears them saying "well its biodegratable" they heard a splash. the people were waving and saying good bye to their grandfather and the lot. before the boat even stopped. the box however didnt sink. they waited for about an hour before bring the box back on the boat to open and "release" the ashes. then threw the box back over board. they returned to shore. my husband was cleaning the boat and when he had finished got off to use the loo on shore. when he and the captain went back to the boat to collect their things they saw seaweed foot prints on the deck going from the back of the boat to the cabin. - where i live the only place you will find seaweed is way off shore and deep under the water. no one knows where they came from.

or how about this one:
i lived in a house in americus georgia. it was a small house. wooden floors. every night for about a month after we moved in we would hear foot steps. then one night the televison turned on by itself. and continued to turn on for about a week. after that we kept it unplugged at night.

the second bedroom door would never close. the house had shifted to where you couldnt close it all the way. well one night it opened up and then closed all the way shut. we were locked inside with whatever it was. then about 30 minutes later it opened again by itself and refused to close agian.

i am telling you i have stories of several experiences you should check out some of the things i have written about. i even have strange pictures of things - i am talking about mist coming from no where, faces that arent suppose to be there, and orbs. you can google my name: misty coplen and find some of the articals i have written on such things.

I am a science graduate. So obviously i don't think that there is existence of ghost/ spirit. But i have read so many ghost stories and seen so many real vedios of ghosts in TV. Those things are so real that you have to believe. I don't say that i have no fear for ghosts. why i am saying this because i have heard many ghost stories and experiences from my grandfather since my childhood. So obviously i have a fear of ghosts. But as a science student i have to deny the existence of ghosts.

I believe in God, so if God exist, Ghost exist too.

Spirit or Ghost is one form after we "leave" this body, i have several true story from my friends about ghost, i have my own experience too.
This happen several years ago at my house, the clock point to 18:00 pm i was taking a bath at that time, when i'm taking a bath i'm staring the wall, what a shock (i don't pay attention before i really pay for this) my shadow on the wall looks clearly because lamp is not too high from my head, beside my shadow, there is "other" shadow which look taller than me, but it has different form, it looks like a person but there are no neck and with straight hand to bottom, the shadow cross my feet, i stop taking a shampoo in my hair, but the shadow is MOVING down to my feet and it's dissapear after the shadow cross my feet ....
After that, i finishing my bath quick>_<
My auntie says, maybe it was Water Ghost, at my country Water Ghost appears only when you taking a bath at 18:00 pm, "he/she" shows their physique too you, if you're lucky you can communicate with them, right after you already finished taking a bath you will get sleepy, and in that time you won't get up forever ....
(This is only my auntie story) but my experience is totally 100% true coming from me, i think CBN once show ghost appearance in Lift Camera, when 3 mans on that lift came out from the lift, there's 1 "man" left behind standing exactly right after in the last man standing positions came out

Yes i believe in it just because i had seen it fro a longer time.This is because i often tends to change my belief levels irrespective to the ghost .Once i was happened to visit graveyard one midnight and there i saw a figure which i cannot bale to explain.That one is very whitish and i doesn't know whether it is running or walking and i am not able to distinguish its gait as it is not responsible for other human gait.I was stunned to see that as it actually gonna been that.What would have been happened if it is not ready to probe over that.
Total mis happenings are due to indirect measures happened to me .

I don't believe in ghost or spirit.. I think the people who believe about ghost are just scaring their selves because when people believe that there is ghost then their imaginations will start doing crazy and scary things.. They though that they see something or heard something but I think it is just in their imaginations.. Sometimes, when I am watching horror movies I sometimes can imagine that I see a ghost but then when I switch on the light and look clearer to it, it is just a cloth hanging at the window or sometimes I heard someone was calling me but then after a few minutes I think that it was just only my imagination running and scaring my own self since I had just watched a scary movie... But there is nothing wrong in believing about ghost or spirit.. If that what makes you happy and that what makes you think it can help your personality then it is ok.. But then sometimes, believing it too much may affect your behavior and attitudes towards other people.. I think it is in the person on how he/she handles his/her belief about ghost..

I know there are both good and bad spirits, Good spirits are angels, messangers from God, Evil ones are demons of or from Satan. I have encountered both in my time and day. When a teen if we were alone my sister and I or one brother and it got quiet like we were doing our home work and we knew no one else was home. We would begin to hear heavy foot steps upstairs and slamming of doors. We knew there was no one up there and no one could come in without us seeing. We could sit at the kitchen table and see both front and back doors and there was no one. We all heard it from time to time. It was scary. But my dad had a record he liked by Ferlin Husky and on that record was his song "On the Wings of a Dove" If we played and kept playing that song and praying the footsteps and door slamming would stop. I have also at least twice had good angels help me and did not realize it until afterwards. Yes I do believe in good and evil spirits and know they are very real and you don't want to mess with evil one but pray to God to get rid of them.
