chintoo okay I talked to my doctor, and to a heart specialist and to my pharmicist. no way can cold water solidify your food,it just doesnt work like that, maybe oil in a car on a freezing day but we arent cars, sorry but these three specialists do not agree with this old old saw about not drinking cold water, they do ssay watch th amountof fat you eat everday and eat only heart healthy fats. also talked to a nutritionist who knows how our food is digested and she had to laugh for awhile first. The symptoms of a heart attach however are right onwe older people see our doctors and try to eat healthfully but you can drink cold water with a meal, you are not a car you have a digestive system that cares for your food and drink it does not turn into sludge. that is just not true.
