I found this site rather interesting. Here is the addy:
http://caloriecount.about.com/
This site helps you keep track of your calorie intake each day, and your activity level, and shows you how many calories you've burned compaired to how many you've consumed.
Amazingly enough, I've only consumed 800 calories today, and the only meal left is dinner. Although night time is when my appetite really strikes, so hopefully I can remain under 2000 calories today.
Do you find websites like this help with your weight loss goals, or do they just make you obsess to the point where you're overwhelmed and end up giving up?

Hey that sounds like just the thing that I have been looking for, so I will go and take a look at that and see how much I am eating a day! I am already obsessed with my weight and all that so the website will not make me much worse!!

Most people don't even realize just how many calories they eat in a day. And this site doesn't restrict what you eat, you just have to make sure you burn more calories than you eat. Sounds like my kinda diet!

I don't calorie count at all, being one of those very lucky people who can eat all day without it making a jot of difference.
I guess a website like the one you mention is handy for keeping track though. If I need to keep track of anything, the web is an excellent place to do so. If I try and do it on bit of paper I lose them!

Well I've just decided I don't like you anymore.
I'm just kidding. But seriously, people with your metabolism drive me nuts! It's so unfair sometimes.

Ive looked at this site before and it is a great one. I just started the South Beach Diet. It is the second time I have done it and I loved it before but money got to tight and I got stressed so it stoped. I hope the site works out for you. I cant seem to reliably track what I eat.

I've heard of the South Beach Diet, but am not really sure what it entails. Either way I hope it works out for you.
