I just saw on tv a site called twitters.com. Apparently all major companies are now monitoring this site for complains from customers. For instance a lady had her phone, internet and something else go out. Afte calling comacst and trying to get through to someone for 1 1/2 hours or longer she finally found out that they would fix the problem on Friday, now this being days away she was livid. She went to twitters.com and told what happened. Something to the effect I called comcast after taking 1 to 2 hours to get someone to talk to they saif it will be Friday befor ethey check it out, grrrrr. So I'm withough phone and internet until them. Shoot me! Someone that monitors this site with comcast saw her post and got on it iimmediately. The ladies boss called her and said I don't know what you did but someone just called from comcast and they will have your things operational within 2 hours. Well she had went to twitters.com, she complained about what happened. There are many companies that now monitor this site, ecause they don't want any negative publicity and word of mouth is the best. So my dear friends if you have a problem with a company or something you bought go to twitters.com and tell them about it. You will most likely get a positive response. So has anyone tried this site yet and have personal experience there? I have not but I do have something to put in there about an air mattress I purchased at Wal-Mart and took it out of the box. Put it up and it wsa flat during the night. My guest where on the floor. Despite it being on that you can air up as needed. It had a large slit on the side in the velvet section where a patch won't do any good. I even treid glue to no avail. Because Wal-Mart said they don't take air mattresses back, no matter what. I was mad as I could be. I paid a good bit of money for the queen size thing that airs up and sets 3 foot off the floor or so when inflated. And it had a cut or slit place in it when I got it out of the box. Now I believe I may have some recourse.

No,I have not heard about this site. It is good to know about it. It's about time that there is a place to go when you can't get help from the place you bought something or when power, etc goes off and it takes so long to get it fixed or restored.

This sounds like a wonderful site. I am going to go check it out because there are several places that like to rip people off and it would be nice to have a place to let others know about it. Businesses are getting to big for their britches and customer service has went to pot at a lot of places.

I agree travi. I went there. They ask one question. What are you doing? Or something like that. You type a response in the box. I put in a thing like I'm fuming over being done wrong by Walmar t. They don't take air mattresses back anymore. Mine had a hole in it right out of the box. Guest were on the floor before morning. I have not recieved a reply yet. Still waiting. I hope I do. On the news they said many companies monitor this site. We will see which ones do. Let us know if you get any replies.

This is the first time I have heard of twitters.com, but would be nice if companys really were monitoring the site. My parents bought an air mattress from walmart and it was deflated too. Please let us know if you post your complaint and if anything happens because of it.
