1.  roniroxas (4584) | 3 months ago |  hi swede welcome to mylot. i like my steak medium rare with a lot of gravy. i like mushrooms or carrots and corn or salad. i dont like to eat a weldone staek for it is too hard for me already. i know if it is a good steak if it is cooked medium rare. again welcome to mylot and hope you like it here like most of us do.

I prefer my steak medium.
To that,I will have a potato gratin with garlic,or fries.
I will also have little sauce,and lots of tomatoes,lettuce and cucumbler.

Yes,I know,a well done steak can be a bit dry.
I think it´s the same for nearly all kind of food.
Me too,want quite much of vegetables,as I love it.

But sometimes I do, and I like it medium-well done.
Out of habit, from working at the steakhouse, I usually have a baked potato with my steak. Sometimes flavored noodles or rice, like Rice-a-roni.
