Can You Leave Home Without A Watch? |
|
The other day, I was in a hurry to get to my shop that I forgot to wear a watch. I didn't bother to go back up and get it since I reasoned I can check the time on my cellphone. But no sooner have I left my house whn I glaned on my left wrist to check the time! Talk about force of habit. Has this ever happened to you? Are you comfortable leaving the house without a watch on?

webeishere (9348) | 4 weeks ago | I don't wear a watch often. I don't have a cell phone. But out in the city there are so many clocks etc that show the time I don't need one actually most days. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

3. blackmantra_x (1808) | 4 weeks ago | good day..since my uncle gave me a wristwatch as a gift, my wrist isn't complete if I'm not wearing one. It became a force of habit and it's easier to monitor time using a wristwatch than from a cellphone.

4. twallace (2141) | 4 weeks ago | There has been times when I have left my watch at home. But there has always been a clock somewhere around. In the car, the building I my have been going into or something like that. There was a time that I always had a watch on my arm. Then I just stop wearing it and that was that. I know that I have a watch that I should wear, but just forget sometimes. I guess that is something that is normal.

7. granite_butterfly (130) | 4 weeks ago | In my frantic, hectic coming and going at times, I have forgotten my watch and am at a complete loss without it. Call me a gal with a poor concept of time and a watch for me is as crucial as wearing shoes outside. I am not simply uncomfortable with leaving my watch behind, in fact i erupt in a panic stricken state because my watch easily commands my day. I loose track of time and become too distracted to consider leaving my home without my watch. I would never make it anywhere on time...

9. frankiecesca (619) | 4 weeks ago | I fell very comfortable about leaving the house without my watch as I don't even wear one! I suppose thats cheating though! I used to wear one all the time but then just was always taking it off so just stopped and most of the time don't even have a mobile with me so go timeless! xx

10. jbl1975 (225) | 4 weeks ago | Literally I have felt naked without a watch since the seventh grade. I go virtually nowhere without one. What's even funnier for me is I wear two different watches. I wear a cheap digital watch I bought literally at the 99 Cents Only Store here in Las Vegas to one job, and I wear a $200 Pulsar Analog Chono watch everywhere else. But the funny part was a day ago when I was off to the job where I wear the cheap watch, and before I could get out of the parking lot of my apartment, I realized I was wearing the Pulsar. Well, this job is one place I do NOT wear a fairly expensive watch to, so I pulled into another parking space, turned off the car, then ran into my apartment for the correct watch. Therefore, I didn't almost forget my watch entirely, I just wore the wrong one, that's all. However, when I'm at my desk, I will remove it because I'm on a computer, and for some reason, it isn't comfortable when I'm clicking the mouse and typing for some reason. But when I get up, I will put it back on my wrist. Well, that's my story with a watch. LOL
