2.  babykeka80 (977) | 3 months ago |  I think a lot of the time when a site does not pay which previously has it has to do with their financial standing. When they start to go under financially they no longer have the ability to pay. Sometimes it is not their intentions to be scams but they no longer have the money to send to their users. Just like when people get behind on their bills. Often they want to pay but simply do not have the money to pay them. Not that I am saying that this is acceptable but I am afraid that this is all too often the case.

3.  Emiese (456) | 3 months ago |  That response I got, that I told you about in regards to xclix, included information about that too. In his opinion Xclix was doing exactly that, paying a few members which causes feuds on the forum. Also if the sites pay a few people that will make them post proofs and people will think it is legit and it will make more people join the site. So unfortunately you cannot always count on just a payment proof for the site being legit.
Fortunately there are heaps of people in the business of ptc here on myLot, so we can trade a lot of experiences here, both about sites that pay and sites that doesn't. Keep an eye here, and you will learn a lot! Happy posting and clicking!

I do not know about Xclix. I put a post on the forum because I couldn't find one of the persons that signed up under me in my downline. I got an answer from a guy there that stated that there were people waiting for their referrals that they had purchased all the way back in early June. Basically he said I can look in the stars for getting my referral. Also he said that the admin is not there, and they only pay a few people now and then for people to think they are legit.
Again, this is just hearsay, I have no opinion about it myself, although it seems weird that they do not follow up on referral purchases, considering they get paid for them. Wouldn't that be higher priority than payouts? If you are on the forum you can check out my post under the problems section. | |

If you reach payout and the site is a trusted one then you get paid. I am getting paid on sveral sites and I hear other are being paid too. On other sites I reach payout, don't get paid but neither do others.
So I do not understand what you are getting at?

I would say that before investing your time with new PTC you found surfing, make sure you check their Alexa ranking first if it is not on the upper 500,000 Rank do not join. The PTC is still very young and is capable of collapsing anytime soon.
