What your sleeping position says about you  | |  How do you sleep? With your eyes closed, I know, I know.  What I really want to ask is, what is your normal sleeping position? Do you sleep on your stomach, lie on your side or your back?
I sleep on my side. Both sides actually, If I get tired of lying on my left side, I toss and turn to my right side. I can't sleep on my stomach cause most often than not, I wake up with an upset stomach. Don't ask me why.  I just do and even I don't know the reason why. I can't lie on my back cause, this may sound weird, I feel exposed. I feel as if I'm unprotected if I sleep on my back.
I read in one website that my normal sleeping position is called FOETUS. It says "Those who curl up in the foetus position are described as tough on the outside but sensitive at heart. They may be shy when they first meet somebody, but soon relax." That's eerily true on my part.

AshleyHasan (727) | 3 months ago |  I sleep in both side ways, sometimes I sleep at right and some times at left but I have very bad habit I need some one to put my leg on their leg and then sleep I mean my leg should be on top of some thing may be a pillow or somebody else leg, it sounds weird but thats what I sleep LOL, I cant change this, I sleep this way with my husband.

| | 2.  bbsr13 (2904) | 3 months ago |  Hello,Crazy!The sleeping position varies from person to person.somebody sleeps well on his back,some on both sides and somebody in other positions.but I sleep well on both sides.though i use a pillow to rest my head actually i sleep well on my hands.if i sleep on my back i get pain in the chest and feel uncomfortable so also on the belly.I don't know if sleeping position denotes ones character or attitude.thanx.

| | 3.  frankiecesca (757) | 3 months ago |  I always start ff by lying on my stomach and then just as I'm about to doze off I turn onto my side - either as it just depends which way I turn!! Then sometimes I wake up on my back sometimes on my stomach.
I really do toss and turn all night in my sleep so I never seem to wake up two days in a row in the same position! x
