i was reading the nz womens weekly when i came to the health section pages."is illness written in your face?"written by Donna Fleeming.
PROBLEM 1) Itchy skin
- Possible Causes - eczema & poor liver function
PROBLEM 2) Sallow skin
- Possible Causes - Dehydration
PROBLEM 3) Yellow Tinged skin
- Possible Causes - too much beta-carotene, Jaundice & liver problems
PROBLEM 4) Spotty Complexion
- Possible Causes - Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS), Polycystic ovary Syndrome(PCOS).
i will over the next while put these into posts.
i found it when i was @ the urgent doctors in town with my daughter grace.
i have problem 4 Polycystic ovary Syndrome(PCOS)
this is partly why i have decided to put this into a discussion.

it sound to me that it poss be problem 4 as i have this myself but also poss causes are Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS), Polycystic ovary Syndrome(PCOS).
i myself have PCOS & i am in my 30's basically i have problems with this also & the docs reckon i have the cysts all over both ovary's i have had it for 15yrs roughly now.

if you have tryed to get rid of them & persist & are a big problem then i would seek help from your G.P. but but i myself have prob 4 PCOS so i know how many women feel.
i to have heard this too about wheat.
