rjscott my you make me think ouch thats so hard.lol got an idea and since I am first nobody on here to make me feel sh*tty about my idea. buy her a pretty posy thing at the florist and tie the ring among the flowers but hidden enough so she will not see
'it til she actually picks up the pretty little posy. the florist can help you to hide it cleverly but where she will see it at once when she picks up the small posy. I know everyone puts the ring into food items so had to think of something else. I think most florists know what a posy is, its a small corsage like thingmade I believe in a circle of smallflowers, but the florist could make it up so the flowers are large enough to hide the ring. I am sure the florist will have an idea of just how to do this too.

why don't you get the waiter to present to her like he presenting a bottle of wine. its still romantic and its never been done before and your plans won't get changed

Wrap the ring in a small heart shaped box and then place that box inside of a larger brown box. Pretend you got it in the mail and have her open it. while she is opening it like a gift get down on your knees and as the smaller heart shaped box slips out say "You have opened my heart and I am the only packege that I want you to open from now on. Please open me and my heart for the rest of my life and be my wife."

I am sure mine will be a bit different and you'll have to forgive me as a my fiance's brother and my cousin (same person) is going to be coming over here later. Hmm, so my idea is that instead of all that shnazz it happen at home. Say My fiance and I were going to clean out my cousin's car and they hid the ring somewhere in the car. Somewhere where I wouldn't throw it away, but would need to sort through it (I.E.: Glove Box). I think that it would be very nice to find it and i'd be very happy and feel rewarded if I found it there.

When you go to the restaurant you can talk to the waiter so that in the end of your meal he brings out desert. Lets say its a cake, you can request that they write "will you marry me on it" Should be cute. I didn't have any surprise proposal because I wanted to choose my own engagement ring. Its nice that you want to do especially if she is not even expecting it. The only question I have for you is why did you write "lets assume" are you proposing? or was this just a topic? good day.. I know woman just love shoes, why not put that ring inside the box of her favorite shoe. When she sees it she'll be happy that you brought her the shoe she love and will be even happier when she opens it.
