The best you can

Hi, msedge, it's been a long time! I almost agree with you, but I think the current climate is driving a lot of people away from their efforts to remain positive. When someone hits enough brick walls and can't get past them, it's only natural for them to feel down. Sometimes, doing the best we can isn't enough, and we need to learn to do better. With our country in the terrible shape it's in, we all need to learn new ways to cope, and it gets more and more difficult to maintain that positive attitude. To me, the important thing is to keep trying.

AMEN to that!!! I've been able to get through some pretty ouch spots, because of that kind of attitude.

I do think that it is always good to keep trying an have a good attitude. Sometimes your way of thinking has a lot to do with your well being. Everybody has a point of struggle sometimes. Some people might want to give up. I try to think of the positive as much as I can and sometimes it even helps a situation. There are things in life that are a crisis but you can live through it and, yes become even stronger.
