What kind of homemade pizza you do?

there is hardly a pizza that i don't love!
the ones i make at home are the ones that i don't seem to be able to find in my local pizza store.

i love taco pizza. i love taco meat and will use it several times a month. it's inexpensive and can be worked up in different ways. i use taco meat, salsa, hot peppers, black olives and lots of cheese.

in my home town, i've eaten a perogie pizza. it was absolutely great. so i make it.
i even try to save some mashed potatoes for it. fry up lots of onions, top with 1/4" of mashed potatoes and lots of cheddar cheese. there is no tomato sauce.
i know this sounds different, but it's really good.

i don't make pizza dough from scratch. i rely on pillsbury for that!

I like just about any homemade pizza you get more ingredients on it. There is a cheese burger pizza here in my home town that I am going to try because it is so yummy. It is like eating a cheese burger in the form of a pizza. Pickles and mustard and lettuce and the works is good.

I've honestly never made my own pizza, but I'm having a huge craving for it right now since reading your post. I love big thick crust and lots of cheese. Pepperoni and mushrooms are my favorite toppings.

I put near everything on it but I do use quarters to do it,

So I have, fish, meat, vegetables, and a mix of everything.

I put cheese on the top and bottom, and on top I use olive oil so the top does not dry out.

Cut into 8 with the whell cutter ($2 shop job works good)

I like hot sauce cheese and chicken. yummy and homemade is best!

I keep it simple. Tomato concasse, onion, bell peppers, mushroom, cottage cheese. A dash of paprika and lots of cheese.:)
