do you drink cokes more then you drink water or gaterade?

Hi! I used to drink Coke that much too. I mean there was a time that I didnt drink water in a day at all. Just Coke or Pepsi. Whatever's available. We dont have Gatorade here or at least we dont have that much Gatorade. Most people just tend to buy the usual softdrnks like Coke and Pepsi. The time that I was talking about I can finish off a 1.5Liter of Coke in a day. That went on for about a month I think or some weeks. Im not really sure but I remember that I was really addicted to Coke at that time. Then I also remember I got addicted to water. Didnt drink anything other than water. Was very good for me. But like you I just couldnt resist the temptation of having Coke, just even for a sip. So now I drink both but at a balanced level. You should be careful though because overdrinking softdrinks could lead to some serious health problems. Well, goodluck and have a great weekend!^_^

I don't really drink coke much anymore. i am trying to cut back on my soda's so I mostly just drink water now.

welcome to mylot, hope you like it here like most of us do. when i was younger i had a problem on not drinking enough water. i dont drink cola or gatorade either. so i got problems with my kidneys that was cured by just drinking meds. now i drink a lot of water and make sure that i drink 8 glasses a day. i also drink gatorade specially on a really hot weather and i also drink cola when i am to bo and grab a burger
