Help, my digital camera is malfunctioning!

Hello, I have had my camera for about 2 years now, so the 1 year warranty is up on it. It is a Kodak easyshare v570 dual lense. On the display screen there is now a wide black line through the middle of it so it's showing a split screen. for instance if i am taking a picture of the house, its showing two skinny houses, with a black line down the middle. Do you know what I can do? I can't afford to have it serviced right now.
