 You don't believe in same sex marriage. Would you vote for civil unions for same sex couples. Or would you vote for the amendments, as in Virginia, that state that there can be no contracts that would equate opposite sex union to same sex union.

I accept them. Who would choose to be hated by most of mankind? That's not a choice. Thankfully there are people who are open to believing that God made everyone the way they are.

Why anyone would want to prevent another's happiness and life's fulfillment, is beyond me. Aside from emotional fulfillment, though, are rights to legal benefits, to which all people should be entitled. People should have legal beneficiary rights, rights to make medical decisions for their life partner, rights to legally adopt each other's children in a partnership, among other rights that come along with marriage.
