Peking Duck retreats from UK restaurant

I only tried once in a not very famous restaurant other than Beijing. It's good. The other day i saw a piece of news in China Daily that Peking Duck will be forbidden in the UK. Wow, that's not a good news. They are forbidden because of the oven that cook them, it didn't get the label issued by EU and which means the monooxide it emit may exceed the standard.

Oh! I guess something will have to change in order to make it legal again.

I don't know, it's a pity that peking duck will be forbidden in UK. It's said that the new stardard can't be met

I'm not sure. Maybe there's some methods to improve it.
