poor little thing.. It's very sad that you don't have any animal rights group in your area.If this happen to me I will go straight to my neighbor and ask him to stop torturing those poor animals..

My goodness... how can people be so irresponsible with their own pet... your neighbor should be reprimanded for this... i think we have a law against animal cruelty and neglect... he shouldn't be allowed to breed dogs and cats if he doesn't even know how to care for them properly...

I wonder where the poor cat went... i hope he/she is okay... maybe the cat returned to your neighbor's house... if it comes back to you... are you willing to finally adopt it?...

Hello dear everlasting friend. You are so nice and kind to the poor kitten. I am sure that it thanks you a lot from the bottom of its heart. But I think that your neighour might want to send some of his pet kittens to you to help reduce the cost of raising them, which is quite possible. The fellow ought to be reported. How are the animal protection laws in your country? Here, nobody is bothered! It is very sad, but true. Luckily, we have an animal shelter, started by a kind old man. But although there are laws protecting animals, the police and other authorities have too many other problems to bother with animals. I wouldn't know what to do if I were in your shoes either. My heart goes out to the poor creature. At least, she is happy with you. I have two cats here, but a stray comes along demanding to be fed. I have caught the neighbors stoning him twice. I feel so sorry to chase it away. All the poor boy wants is a handful of rice and some milk. Now, he has become so friendly.

How sad! I would have taken that kitten in. I am a sucker for kittens. My mom went to get me a kitten when I was younger and she only wanted to get one. BUt there was one kitten that people kept taking and then bringing back because they found out he was deaf. It happened that someone brought him back when my mom was there so she took both, the deaf one and the other one. So my brother and I both had a kitten when we were teenagers.

Pray for that kitten.

That is so terrible how can someone do something like that. I love animals we have two cats and one dog they are just like family to us I can't udnerstand how someone can treat animals like that they have needs and feelings just like we do. So terrible.

Try and find the nearest Animal Rescue and report it to them. I think that if your community is too small for an animal rescue you can report it to the nearest one. He doesn't sound like the type that should be around any animal because if they don't live up to his expectations out they go. I don't like to sound down but if he is like you say he might have already harmed this poor creature. Tell Animal Rescue this and mention he is not a nice person and you worry about his other animals. After all he might keep them in cages all day hurting their feet, or be over breeding and have too many in one area making the place unclean. I would feel better if it was me to know what happened to that poor kitten and all his other animals. If he is only worried about money take it away form him by reporting him. We were put on this earth to look after God's creature's not abuse them, and he needs to learn that.
