Do you go toilet only after taking tea?

Well it has become habituary for many to go to toilet and has become habitual.For me tea or coffee would do soemhting and i soon go to toilet .So it has become habitual and i really feel a lot for it.With out tea or cofee nothing is possible.One day when i ahve no tea then i switch ovwer to wate,AS water is super medicine t clear our stomach than nay thing.I ahve tried to drinkl water early in the morning and go walk then we can see lot of positive things.

Hello,svinee! Yes,it has been my habit to go to toilet twice a day only after a drink of hot tea.soon after the drink I take a few puffs of cigarette and go to the toilet.I think neither the tea nor the cigarette has anythong to do while going to the toilet.instead it will be good if we drink atleast a glass of water before going to toilet as water helps transporting the waste products and toxins from the body.thanx.
