 Hi guys! I just wanted to let all my friends (well everyone actually) know that I still am smoke free! I have been very busy so I haven't been on in a while. Anyway, I have been smoke free since March 24th! Not a single drag! I am so happy! I can breath..... I have energy.... I can play with my kids and not take a break! Its amazing! Thanks for everyone's wonderful support! Mylot is AWESOME!

Thats a long time!) tried quitting a couple times but I don't know this time I knew I really truly wanted to quit. You'll know when its time! Good luck to you! I have a tremendous amount of energy! I still want a cig now and then, I don't do it and the craving goes away. Its wonderful to breathe and not cough, and clear your throat all the time. WTG!!!!!!!!! | |
