 hello all of my good friend's here at Mylot.
have you-all ever heard of Tabouli before as in something to eat? lol i haven't ever heard of Tabouli before. i was reading my book, "Tuesdays With Morrie", and Tabouli was mentioned in the book as one of the things that they had for dinner one night.
so tell me, have you ever heard of Tabouli before? if so, is it good? also, what does it taste like?

Maybe you mean the arab salad made with bourgol, cucumber, mint and tomato.I love it.
Arab cooking is wonderful, specially for people who like spices.
I write it Taboule. But all those names undergo a change as their alphabeth is different.

I put cucumbers, tomatos, lemon, parsley, mint, garlic and salt. If I am missing one of the ingredients it doesn't matter. It still comes out good.

| 9. webeishere (12388) | 1 year ago | Oh yes I eat it a lot. My wife works in a Middle Eastern Restaraunt and they serve this a lot. One of the best salads ever is Tabouli. Yummy. Tomatoes, green onions,parsley,cracked wheat, lemon juice, olive oil and spices are in the tabouli salads. Set on a bed of lettuce leafs.
