| Heart Shaped Tomato  | | | |  I saw this growing amonst my early girl tomatoes. I think it looks like a heart. Don't you? The shadow takes away a lot from it's shape thouigh in this shot. I gave it to my wife telling her to have my heart once more. Have you ever grown a strange shaped fruit or veggie at all? If not what is the starngest shaped food you've seen? One that isn't deformed but shaped like something familiar.

seen a fruit or vegetable shaped oddly. theonly thing
I can remember is a mandrake root that I saw in an
herbs and spices store and it had a round body with a smaller round blob on top like a head and appendages on its side'
like two arms and two legs, it did look sort of like
a little blobby man, like something a child might
draw. sort of spooky looking and the clerk said thats
the way its supposed to look. I really did not want to
buy the thing so walked out. lol.

| | I had a Lays chip once that looked like a rocket ship years ago. I have also got a heart shaped rock I found on the North Shore of Lake Superior. I painted things on it as a love token to my wife. Yes mandrake root is an ugly thing isn't it? So is ginger root I feel.
